Privacy Policy for Do Games Limited

Last modified: February 24, 2026

At DominiGames (the “Company”, “we”, “us”), we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting personal data. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website and/or use our games and related services (together, the “Services”), how we use it, with whom we share it, and what rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”).

1) Data Controller (under GDPR)

For the purposes of the GDPR, the data controller is:

Do Games Limited
165, Spyrou Araouzou, office 402, 3036, Limassol, Cyprus
Email: support@dominigames.com

2) Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to personal data collected when you use this website or our games and related services (the “Services”) made available via our website and/or third-party platforms (e.g., app stores).

This Policy does not apply to information collected offline.

3) Legal bases for processing

We process personal data only where we have a legal basis, including:

  • Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) — to provide the Services you request (e.g., games, purchases, support provision).

  • Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) — where required by applicable law, we ask for your specific, informed, and unambiguous consent, including for marketing communications and non-essential cookies/technologies (you can withdraw consent at any time).

  • Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — to secure and improve our Services, prevent fraud, ensure network and information security, measure performance, and maintain business operations, provided these interests are not overridden by your rights.

  • Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR) — where processing is required by law (such as accounting, tax, and responding to lawful requests).

4) Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information, depending on how you use the Services:

A. Information you provide to us

  • Contact and account details (e.g., name, email address, phone number, mailing address, date of birth, and other registration/account information).

  • Payment details (e.g., payment card details or other payment information, depending on the payment method you use).

  • Communications and content you submit (e.g., support requests, messages, attachments, survey responses).

  • Social/third-party platform data (only if you choose to connect or use such features), such as a social network user ID, profile name, and profile/cover photos, and information related to invites/messages you send via those features (e.g., friends’ IDs or email addresses and message content).

B. Information collected automatically (technical and usage data)

  • Identifiers and device data (e.g., IP address, device IDs/persistent identifiers, device model/hardware type, operating system and version, language, browser type, screen resolution, connection type, ISP, timestamps, and log data).

  • Mobile advertising identifiers where available (e.g., IDFA/GAID or equivalent) used for analytics and, where applicable, advertising measurement/personalisation.

  • Service usage data (e.g., installations/download errors, purchases, session duration, last access time, gameplay progress and in-game interactions, feature usage).

  • Diagnostics and performance data (e.g., crash reports, error logs, troubleshooting data).

  • Approximate location inferred from IP address (country/region level).

  • Website analytics/log data (e.g., referring/exit pages and clickstream-type information).

C. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies, SDKs, pixels and similar technologies to:

  • operate and secure the website and Services;

  • remember preferences and improve user experience;

  • measure usage and performance, and debug issues;

  • where applicable and subject to legal requirements, measure and support advertising-related functions (e.g., attribution of installs, campaign measurement, and limiting repetitive messages to existing users).

Where our emails support it, we may receive an “open” confirmation (pixel-based), subject to your settings and applicable law.

You can control cookies through browser settings and, where available, through our cookie/consent tools. Disabling certain cookies may affect functionality.

5) How we use your information

We use personal data only where a lawful basis applies, for the following purposes:

  • Provide the Services and core functionality (create and manage accounts, authenticate users, enable gameplay features, process transactions, and provide requested content and localisation).

  • Support and communications (respond to enquiries, provide technical support, send service-related notices such as security updates, and communicate about changes affecting the Services).

  • Eligibility and participation management (e.g., using date of birth where needed to confirm eligibility for specific features or promotions you choose to participate in).

  • Security, abuse prevention, and enforcement (protect accounts and systems, detect and prevent fraud/abuse, enforce our terms, and maintain network and information security).

  • Analytics and improvement (understand usage, troubleshoot, fix bugs, monitor performance, develop and improve features, and produce aggregated/statistical insights).

  • Marketing and product communications (send newsletters and offers where permitted and, where required, based on consent; you can opt out/withdraw consent at any time).

  • Advertising-related functions where applicable (measure campaign performance, attribute installs, and—where permitted and/or based on consent—support personalised advertising or content).

  • Social features you choose to use (e.g., linking to a third-party account; displaying a username/avatar for leaderboards, chat, or similar community functions).

  • Legal and compliance (meet legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, protect our rights, and handle disputes).

6) Sharing of personal data (processors and recipients)

We may share personal data with:

A. Service providers / processors
We use service providers that help us operate the Services (for example, hosting, analytics, payment processing, customer support tools, fraud prevention, and communications/marketing tools). These providers act as processors (“Processors”) and are permitted to process personal data only on our documented instructions, for the purposes we specify, and subject to appropriate contractual safeguards (including data processing agreements). We apply data minimisation and, where feasible, use pseudonymisation and/or aggregation.
The list of our Processors with links to their privacy policies is here.

B. Analytics and diagnostics Processors

We use third-party analytics and diagnostics tools to measure performance, understand how the Services are used, and detect and fix errors:

  • AppMetrica (Yandex) — We may share technical and usage data (such as app events, device information, approximate location derived from IP, and diagnostic data) to help us analyse performance and improve the Services. All data in AppMetrica's reports is non-personalized and consists of technical data that cannot be used to directly identify an individual user.
  • Firebase (Google) — We may share technical, usage, and diagnostic data such as app events, crash reports and stack traces, device information, and identifiers (including mobile advertising identifiers).

For these tools, we apply data minimisation, pseudoanonymization and configure features to reduce data transfer where feasible.

These providers process personal data under applicable contractual safeguards. Where the use of AppMetrica and/or Firebase involves transfers of personal data outside the EEA/UK, such transfers are made subject to Section 7 “International transfers” of this Policy.

C. Affiliates
We may share information with our affiliates where necessary to operate, maintain, and support the Services (for example, for customer support and internal administration), subject to appropriate access controls.

D. Legal, safety, and business transfers
We may disclose information to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, enforce our terms, protect rights/safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale (subject to appropriate safeguards).

7) International transfers

Our servers and service providers may be located outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”). Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, we use appropriate safeguards, such as:

  • European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs); and/or

  • adequacy decisions or other lawful transfer mechanisms.

8) Data retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy. As a general rule, we retain personal data for three (3) years from the later of: (i) your last use of the Services, or (ii) your last contact with us, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by applicable law (for example, for legal, accounting, or reporting obligations).

Once the retention period expires and/or the relevant processing purpose has been fulfilled (whichever occurs first), we delete or anonymise the data. Where immediate deletion is not feasible (for example, in backups), we securely restrict access to the data and delete or overwrite it in accordance with our backup cycles, unless retention is required by law or for the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims.

9) Security

We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data, including access controls and security monitoring. However, no method of transmission or storage is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10) Your GDPR rights

If you are in the EEA/UK (and in other cases where GDPR applies), you have rights including:

  • Access (obtain a copy of your data)

  • Rectification (correct inaccurate data)

  • Erasure (delete data under certain conditions)

  • Restriction (limit processing under certain conditions)

  • Objection (object to processing, including processing for direct marketing)

  • Portability (receive data in a portable format, where applicable)

  • Withdraw consent (where processing is based on consent)

Response time: We respond within one month (may be extended in limited cases permitted by law).

How to exercise rights: Contact us at support@dominigames.com. We may request information to verify your identity.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

11) Children

Our Services are not intended for children under 13 years old (or 16 years old if located in the EU). We do not knowingly collect personal data from such minors. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

12) Third-party services and platforms

Our Services may be accessed through third-party platforms (e.g., app stores, social networks) or contain links to third-party services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and your interactions with those services are subject to their terms and settings.

13) Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last modified” date above and publish the revised version. We encourage you to review it periodically.
